Haley Kate, LLC offers several different wedding investment options to fit different budgets. Elopement options as well as full service options are available.

While most wedding packages include an engagement session, we do offer engagement sessions separately as well.

Session rates will be based on a half hour or full hour time frame.

How does the process work?

1. INQUIRE


To inquire about a wedding date or a photo session, you can either click the "Book Your Date" button at the bottom of this page or you can click on "Contact" in the menu bar at the top of the page. Please feel free to send me an inquiry anytime. I can't wait to speak with you!

2. Sign Contract


Once you confirm you want to book with me, I will send you over a contract and an invoice for the retainer. The retainer will be 1/4th of the the total wedding or session package and is required to reserve you date and time. Once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid you will officially be on my schedule!

3. The Big Day


My team will arrive on site before your desired time to scope out the area and find the best spots to take your photos. If this is for a wedding, I will have a detailed timeline prepared for the day and will communicate with you throughout the day to help you stay on schedule. If any changes need to be made to the schedule the day of, I will be flexible and work around your needs.

4. Photos & Prints


Once the session or wedding is over, I will head home and get to work on your image. A preview will be shared to social media within 7 days. I will have them completely edited as soon as possible and will deliver them to you through an online gallery. I offer different photo products such as prints, albums and canvases. If this is something you're interested in, just let me know and I will send you more information on any products.

FAQ

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

Processing time can vary depending on the season. While standard processing time is approximately 10-15 weeks, if our workload is heavier than normal, processing may take longer than expected. We guarantee we are working as hard as possible to get all galleries out ASAP so please check our active editing list on the Bulletin Board tab for the most recent updates on gallery editing.

Do you charge travel fees?

For full service wedding packages, I do not charge travel fees for venues within a 6 hours radius from us. For anything over 6 hours away, there is a fixed travel rate added into your package. For elopement packages, there is no travel fee for locations within a 2 hour radius from us. For locations over 2 hours away, there will be a fixed travel rate added to your package.

How many photographers do we get?

Full services wedding packages typically come with two (2) photographers, myself and my second shooter. For smaller, elopement packages it will just be myself or myself and an assistant.
